Hatha Flow Yoga
A creative Yoga class with unconventional style to create a sense of comfort and ease into your practice. Offering modifications, hands on adjustments, and focusing on proper alignment. We create heat in the body into your practice, warming the muscles to flow into yoga poses. The focus is more on the quality of your poses (asanas) rather than the quantity. So that your soft tissues, deep muscles, ligaments, and skeletal structure actually reap the benefits of the postures. Using your breath and how to control it's movement to help increase your energy and circulation to your body. Feeling rejuvenated, fresh and happy.
This hour class focuses on a full body flowing yoga sequence which varies week to week in a progressive structure. Leading you to become more confident in your practice and postures to develop the discipline of Yoga. Unlike other yoga programs out there, this class is offered in a smaller class size form to give more instruction, have room for questions, and more hands on assistance to your postures. It's perfect for those new and old to yoga as it is geared to your fitness goals and specific personalize needs.

Prenatal Yoga & Pregnancy Yoga
Our Prenatal Yoga classes offer a gentle and flowing class for pregnant women. We focus on postures that support, tone, and strengthen the pregnant body. We also work on abdominal and pelvic floor toning, and breathing techniques to aid in the labor and birth experience. Prenatal yoga helps alleviate some of the discomforts of pregnancy, such as backache and ankle swelling. Prenatal yoga is appropriate for women new to yoga and experienced students. Recommended for the 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
Yin - Yang Yoga
passive (Yin) + active (Yang) = get the best of both worlds. This class is a active as well calming. They complement each other, first by heating the body to be able to feel more comfortable in the hips, spine, shoulders and safe in your poses. The Yang practice will generate more flow, movement, to sweat out toxins and breathe throughout in sequence so that you can find that sense of balance integrated into your Yin practice. In the Yin practice you will soften into the weight of gravity, without force and surrender into your poses, holding them for 2-5 mins to move into a space of relaxation and ease. The Yin practice activates you parasympathetic nervous system that slows the heart rate, increases intestinal and gland activity, and relaxes sphincter muscles. Feeling rejuvenated after class, bringing the harmonium off the mat.
Yoga For Self Love
This unique and uplifting yoga class combines elements of Energy Medicine with Mind-Body Integration techniques. This class consists of classic yoga poses, life force-giving breath work and affirmations for self-love, empowerment, expansion and self-appreciation. You will be guided to open up the body, release inner blocks to life force energy, transcend mental limitations and reconnect to your Heart throughout the class. Expect rejuvenation, healing, expansion and deep inner calm. Class open to all levels.
